I still have a lot of work to do, but I have hope. I may hit many more plateaus, but I can make it past. I will make myself the best version of me I can be. I will be healthy, confident, and take on the world. d-:

It’s been almost a year since I started this journey for better health, and I’m so proud of what I have accomplished so far! I started at 220/230ish lbs and I’m now at 180. I still have quite a ways to go before I reach my ultimate goal, but I look and feel great! I can’t wait to keep going and get into the best shape I possibly can! I did it by just completely changing my lifestyle-“eat clean, train dirty”; strength/weight training, cardio, and a positive can-do attitude is key to weight loss success!
